Dr. Sanjay Wazir currently serves as the Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Cloudnine Care in Gurgaon, India. Dr. Wazir has over 12 years of extensive experience in neonatology, and has been actively involved in teaching, serving as a visiting faculty across various colleges and forums, and played a key role in creating the Dr. Wazir Premature Baby Foundation.


Dr. Saudhamini Nesargi is an Assistant Professor of Neonatology at St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India. Dr. Nesargi has published numerous studies on issues pertaining to neonatal intensive care. At St. John’s, Dr. Nesargi leads research on the uptake and value of Kangaroo Family Care.


Dr. Neelam Kler is the Chairperson of the Neonatal Department at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi, India. She is a pioneer in neonatal intensive care and ventilation, and has advised the World Health Organization, United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare of India. Dr. Kler was honored with the prestigious Padmabhushan in 2014.


Dr. Archana Bilagi is the Chief of the Division of Neonatology in the Department of Pediatrics at St. Philomena’s Hospital in Bangalore, India. She served as the Secretary for the National Neonatology Forum – Karnataka Chapter, from 2014-2015. She is American Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
