Shipping within India

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express delivery (where available): 1–3 business days
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499
• Shipping charges for orders below ₹1,499 are calculated at checkout

International shipping

International orders are accepted. Delivery timelines and costs vary by country. Contact hello@bempu.com for international shipping rates and lead times.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Orders placed on Amazon India are tracked through Amazon's platform.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Product is unused and in original packaging
• Product has a manufacturing defect
• Wrong product was delivered

Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, opened (if hygiene-sensitive), or damaged by the customer.

How to initiate a return

Email hello@bempu.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
