By using bempu.com or purchasing BEMPU products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products — Medical device disclaimer

BEMPU devices are monitoring aids. They are not diagnostic tools and do not replace medical advice, clinical judgment, or emergency care. If your baby's health is at risk, call emergency services immediately.

Always follow the product manual and your healthcare provider's guidance when using BEMPU devices.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in INR or USD as selected. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason. Payment is due at time of order.

4. Intellectual property

All content on bempu.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by BEMPU Health Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEMPU Health shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
